I could not recommend Keryn highly enough, she is incredibly kind and empathetic while she takes the time to understand both you and your babies situation. Keryn is is a wealth of knowledge and perfectly balances providing advice and guidance with what you need at such a vulnerable time. I can confidently say that I would not still be breastfeeding if it wasn't for Keryn and have no hesitation recommending her to anyone who will listen!

Keryn was my breastfeeding lifesaver! She was quick to respond and was able to organise a face to face appointment for the next day. I was experiencing considerable pain while feeding my son and Keryn was able to explain everything about appropriate latching and what to do when it wasn’t right. It was a very personalised consult that was perfect for my son and I.
I highly recommend Itty Bity Bub to all breastfeeding mums!

I was given Keryn’s details from my obstetrician and I am SO thankful he sent me her way. I struggled very early on with breastfeeding my very small baby and she came to my house at a time where we had just been discharged from special care and I was scared, vulnerable and stressed over feeding my baby. Keryn took the time to listen to my worries and my goals regarding feeding my baby and we were able to work together in successfully breastfeeding. She helped over the next few months when myself and my baby got sick, when I wanted to wean the use of nipple shields and again when my daughter got sick. Keryn is a world of knowledge but it’s her compassion, empathy and love for her job that makes her the best IBCLC to help you. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Keryn to everyone I know, because I know whoever sees her will be in great hands.
Thank you Keryn for helping me over the last 7 months, without you I would have not continued to persevere through all my tough times.

Keryn was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad I took her advice!
Firstly, Keryn attended a thorough assessment, listening to my birth history and the struggles that I was experiencing with breastfeeding thus far.
Secondly, Keryn gently guided me and gave me suggestions to assist with attachment, positioning and expressing of breast milk.
Thirdly, Keryn used a holistic approach during assessment of her clients. There is never any pressure if you feel breastfeeding isn’t working for you. Keryn takes the time to assist you on other methods of feeding which may work better for you.
Finally, as a first time mum, the ease of Keryn coming to my house, took the stress out of having to get out of the house with a newborn.
Keryn’s gentle, caring nature does not go unnoticed in what I believed was a very stressful and sleep deprived time.
I cannot recommend Keryn highly enough! I will definitely be contacting Keryn for breastfeeding assistance in the future!

I have contacted Keryn during several different stages of my breastfeeding journey and each time she has made me and my husband feel at ease, and enabled us to continue our journey through a series of difficult circumstances by going above and beyond to provide a second to none service.

Keryn was incredibly supportive throughout my breastfeeding journey. She was very professional, friendly, and empathetic. Her approach was holistic and focused on both mum and baby. Keryn has a beautiful and kind nature which was just what I needed during a very vulnerable and stressful time.
While my breastfeeding journey didn’t go as I’d hoped due to supply issues, I wouldn’t have had the time breastfeeding that I did without the help and support of Keryn. I would highly recommend Keryn to anyone looking for a lactation consultant.

Where to even start… Keryn at Itty Bitty Bub gave me the greatest gift I could have ever received in preparation for the arrival of my first baby. I was referred to her from a friend who received wonderful breastfeeding support after her first baby was born. As a new mum I wanted to be prepared and I had made the decision I really wanted to breastfeed my baby. I booked in with Keryn for an antenatal appointment. She was just a breath of fresh air, she provided so much information and guidance. I felt so informed prior to birthing my little girl. When my little girl was born she required some unexpected time in special care. The time with Keryn had also given me the insight I needed to understand & advocate for my little one around her feeding during that time. I was able to feed my baby really well, she latched beautifully and I have had no nipple pain since day one of feeding my baby. Keryn has been an ongoing support system throughout the early days and weeks of my time as a new mum. She has been so reassuring and it’s been really special having her be a part of my birth and baby journey.

I have went to see Keryn during my pregnancy and the first month or so postpartum.
She is a great support and very knowledgeable. Keryn was not judgemental of my decisions, is very patient with me and my daughter. She went above and beyond with the care she provided with regular phone consultations and great communication via email.
I initially started breastfeeding but ultimately decided it wasn’t the right path for me. Keryn was understanding and so so caring towards me. Supported me through the transition and weaning without judgement. I felt nothing but hope and kindness during this time.
As a first time mum navigating the first month postpartum Keryn was super supportive and made me feel heard and not alone. She would go the extra mile sending me resources and adapting the care plan to my needs/personality type.
The first month is hard enough and I have to say I wouldn’t be where I am without the support of Keryn.
If you need lactation support during pregnancy and the postpartum period Keryn @ Itty Bitty Bub is definitely your go to! I highly recommend her services :)

Keryn is an amazing lactation consultant!
It felt like my breastfeeding journey was heading towards being a negative experience, but quickly turned into a positive one once consulting with Keryn.
After a very thorough assessment Keryn explained what the best course of action would be and how to implement it to get the best out of my breastfeeding journey.
Within a day I saw improvements with how my baby was feeding, and within a few days I notice a positive change in my supply.
She made me feel comfortable and supported each interaction.
We are so grateful & appreciative 🙏— Elisa

I was keen to exclusively BF my newborn son but had difficulty due to his lethargy caused by jaundice, and during our week long stay at a private hospital I was attempting to BF followed by forcing a bottle and then spending 30mins pumping after every feed on the advice of the hospital. It was extremely draining and demoralising, and the mixed messages and some of the insensitive comments by the nurses and hospital LCs did not help.
We arranged a home visit with Keryn the day we were discharged and it was genuinely life changing. She is so kind, confident and encouraging and took the time to ascertain our goals before giving great advice on different positions and a more realistic feeding plan which worked almost immediately. She is extremely responsive over email and called me a few times to provide support after some set backs with the hospital. It was money very well spent and I plan to use her services again when my goals change. Thank you again!
